Called Intelligent Plumbing for a leaking ceiling in the morning. Edgar was out that afternoon to diagnose and fix the problem. Another company told me I’d need to replace my whole shower! Last year my HVAC needed to be replaced. The company I used to use closed because of retirement, they suggested that I use Intelligent services. I had Intelligent come, give me a quote for a new air conditioner. They were not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive, they were right in the middle. They did a great job replacing the old unit. They were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. There were a couple snafu’s and they work those out and they got everything and working order in a day time. I had them back just recently to do a one year check. Trevor was the service person who came out and serviced the mechanics. He was delightful. He too was timely and very professional and very knowledgeable. He made a couple of adjustments For better overall performance. I can highly recommend this firm. The technician who came out was able to diagnose the issue with our water heater quickly! Although he did not have the replacement part to fix it, he walked us through the really simple fix. After we picked up the part, we changed it ourselves and the water heater is working! Intelligent is simply the BEST!  I called them and within 90 minutes they arrived.  The person that did the plumbing work was very knowledgeable and great to work with.  I was actually surprised at the cost too - very fair!!!  Afterwards walk me back through everything and treated me like a friend, not just someone trying to sell you something. Last Friday Jim our scheduled plumber from Intelligent Plumbing started by calling us 25 minutes before his arrival as the company said he would. He arrived on time dressed like a professional. He completed his review of our kitchen sink leak issue then provided us a list of options with costs on how to fix the problem alone or do some updates to meet new plumbing codes at the same time. We chose doing updates and spent the weekend buying the required pieces. He returned on Tuesday and completed the requested work in a timely and professional manner. We now have an updated kitchen faucet unit, disposal and now meet the new plumbing codes for the piping. Jim was the perfect professional in every way. I had an appointment between 8am and Noon for Monday July 6. Johnny Pierro called at 8:10am and arrived 10 minutes later. He checked the outdoor water spigot on the outside and also from the inside to be sure water was not getting in the sub basement. He was able to tighten the connections on the outside which eliminated the drip. I also had him look at a toilet in the house in which the handle does not pop back up after flushing. You have to manually push it up as it will not refill in the tank and shut off. I had him give me the price on a new Koehler toilet, my other 2 are already Koehler installed by Intelligent Service. I plan to make an appointment for August and request Johnny to replace the toilet. A very modest Dispatch Fee was charged for today's visit. We had a great experience with Intelligent Service: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning. Unfortunately, sooner than expected, we needed a new residential AC and furnace installed in our attic.

Everyone we spoke with on the phone or met in person represented the company professionally from start to finish. Communication was prompt, scheduling with Corey was easy, and the in-home consultation with Neal and Gio was informative and honest. Intelligent was extremely efficient in responding and sending a technician to diagnose a Fault noticed on the thermostat. Great service. I highly recommend.
In addition being a member of genius club, we had a complimentary whole house plumbing inspection for free. Mr James Sima is a very knowledgeable. He explained in detail all plumbing issues that we have it may confront in the future. Great service. I recommend  Intelligence without hesitation.

Called to get an estimate. The call went smooth and they worked with my schedule. Scheduled Ken to come out to give the estimate. He was on time, and he called beforehand to confirm that we will be available. Estimate came through a little over an hour later. Which was fantastic because this is not a small job.

This is the third time I have used Intelligent Service Heating Plumbing and Cooling. I cannot say enough about this company. They have been excellent!! This is now the second time that I was able to describe a special project need I had and Intelligent just took over and coordinated every last detail. On this project I had to remove a leaking old pedestal sink and replace with a new sink, faucet, and vanity. I did not have to do a thing because the AMAZING Trevor stepped in and became the project manager. He coordinated the plumber to come out and measure the space. Trevor found the sink and vanity and faucet and I believe he picked it up himself from plumbing supply to be put on the plumbers truck. Trevor was just great. He sent our favorite Technician and plumber Jim to complete the job. Jim has completed several projects for us. He is fantastic. So knowledgeable. He has exacting standards and won’t leave until the job is completely finished. He is friendly, professional and enthusiastic and very courteous. We always request Jim now, as he’s the best. Jim’s co-worker on this particular project was Lowry and he was also excellent. I am fairly well versed in sump systems, but Johnny took the time to explain all aspects of operation and function. We had a broken pipe under our basement floor. Technicians arrived on Monday morning, thoroughly diagnosed the issues and provided a detailed estimate. On Thursday,  only three days later, the technicians arrived on time and, by the end of the day, the problem was fixed.Throughout that day they kept me informed, both warning me of potential problems (it's an old house) and calming me with their breadth of experience and professionalism.
