Matt how does install a new refrigerator. We bought it from Best Buy, and there were several issues getting it installed. Matt was so patient and did a terrific job getting it taken care of for us quickly!
Intelligent is awesome! I’d never use another plumbing company! They may be a little pricey, and they’ll be the first ones to tell you that, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. They stand behind their work, their customer service (especially Earmon) is impeccable, their technicians (Sean & Neal) are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will ALWAYS explain things in laymen’s terms. I don’t EVER feel like they take advantage to earn an extra buck. They truly care about their customers and want to provide the best solution possible! THEY ARE INTELLIGENT!
Our experience was a pleasant one from the prompt response, initial inspection of our issue, on-site pricing and walk-through and installation. Everyone we encountered was both knowledgeable and honest and the installation was neat and efficient. Instructions for follow-up were very specific and easy to understand. We would recommend Intelligent Service to anyone.
If I could give Intelligent Service Heating & Cooling 100 ⭐️, I would. I signed up for the maintenance service. My home is large and has two zones and want to make sure everything is running optimally before each season. The techs are very informative. Neal said he treats my furnaces as if they were in his own home. I had an insurance claim last January when a water pipe to my humidifier in attic broke during the Artic vortex. Neal showed me pictures from the furnace room in my attic that was left as a mess from the General contractor I paid for the repairs. There was at least 1/2 inch of drywall dust all over the attic floor. It was so bad the Intelligence techs couldn’t even service my furnace until it was all cleaned up. I was so upset the General Contractor taking advantage of me. Neal arranged to come back with equipment to clean up. The shop vac was almost full of all the debris that was carelessly left from the other contractor who was paid out from my insurance company. The best feeling was I have a partner in Intelligence Services. Neal took “before” and “after” photos for me to submit to State Farm. He ran diagnostics on both units...changed my filters. Replaced anything that needed to be replaced per the service agreement. I look forward to seeing them in the Spring and know I’m in good shape for the frigid Chicago winter that is upon us. I am very impressed with the office to the talented techs. My whole experience was pleasant and seamless.
It was excellent. My plumber was excellent and very courteous and efficient. The only suggested I would make is that whoever I made the appointment with said I would be first on the list and it turned out that he came at 9:45. I had an 8 AM until 10 AM window, so technically you were within the time span, but when she told me I was first on the list I envisioned him getting there between eight and 830. I would have appreciated a heads up just to be able to adjust my schedule. But he was fantastic!!
