Very professional and fast. My Nest thermostat gave me an alert that there was no AC in my condo. Tech Cameron was on site within the hour. Unfortunately, my issue is most likely due to our rooftop deck being redone. Still, very nice. Advised that I call the building’s manager to alert them ASAP.

Air conditioner broke down at the worst time... middle of August during a heatwave. 🥵 Contacted 3 different places to see if I could get someone out here. Intelligent Service Heating and Cooling was the best company by far! Was able to get an appointment for the following day and a technician named Trevor was excellent. Very professional and extremely kind. Two minutes after meeting him I felt like I was talking to a close friend. And the young lady who is responsible for sending confirmation text messages and arranging everything was great. I think her name is either Rachel or Robin? She and Trevor represented the company very professionally, which I definitely appreciate. Too bad all companies don't have such outstanding customer service. Great Work Yet Again
Colin was professional, immediately figured out the multiple problems with my old furnace, had the correct parts on hand, and both explained everything so I could understand and didn't overcharge me. He was pleasant and wore an N95 mask I provided correctly and without complaint, which made me very comfortable to have him in my home to fix my heat. This company will be my first call for all things related to my radiators and boiler in the future thanks to their five star service and care for their customers.
So of course when I had another issue with my air conditioning not starting, I thought of Intelligent Service first. Cory came out and was also very cool about masking up to stay safe, and he solved my air conditioning problem while also helping me to understand the problem I had (blown capacitor). Great work yet again!
