A major sewer line problem was discovered by a different plumbing service, which pushed too quickly for commitment. In looking for another option and quote, I called Intelligent Service, seeing good reviews in the Best Buy Reports for our community.
I was impressed with the approach that was proposed, which was innovative vs. the other option, cost less, and solved the major issue directly.
I committed to the project and the work was started within a few days, permit set, inspection set, county and sewer line owner (American Water) approvals all set.
The work was completed as proposed, the work done was excellent, the new inside piping works and looks great and the sewer line new lining (video provided) solves our issues.

I saw your ad on Facebook for the $139 video of my main sewer line, and due to the fact that my neighbor just experienced having his entire basement flooded with raw sewage and seeing the hell he went through due to a backed-up sewer main, I figured it was worth the reassurance by spending $139. Thank God, by taking that gut check and getting Ken (AKA Boomer) out to video my sewer, as 20 feet outside of my foundation wall he found a collapsed pipe. Not only did he find this issue, but the technology they had actually located the exact spot of the break on the exterior of my house, but also the depth at which the sewer line was located. He also found a “Y” in the existing sewer line that I did not know was there that explained a second issue that I was having with my kitchen sink and dishwasher drain. Within 30 minutes, not only did he find these issues, but also generated two proposals as he came up with two means and methods of repairing these issues to allow options for these repairs. I’ve spent 30 years as a general superintendent for extremely large commercial projects and since retired and only mentioning this to validate my review, as I am over the top impressed with the express service, technology, and most important the personalization that I felt working with not only Ken, but also the entire process of getting this scheduled and the ease of doing such. I look forward to working with them to resolve my issue and will definitely follow up with the final review, but so far cannot say enough and feel like I found that old school company that has welcomed the newest technology!
