Chris was professional and caring. He was trustworthy as hell! My tankless water heater stopped working. Showers with lukewarm water is no fun, especially in the winter. He could have said we need to replace this, that, and the other thing… for hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I would not have known better being a SAHM, but he didn’t. He fixed the problem and gave me the information for future valves that may need replacing. He did everything right and has decades of experience. I would highly recommend this company!

It was later Friday afternoon when I discovered my MIL’s (who is nearing late-stage dementia and ANY change is extremely confusing and difficult for her to process) water heater was spewing water all over the basement before I could turn the shutoff off.
By recommendation from a neighbor, I called Intelligent Service. They were able to dispatch a tech (Cory S) who called me when he was on his way with his ETA. He showed up precisely on time (which is rare these days).
After determining that the water heater needed to be replaced but being so late in the day, with a small “emergency - after hours” additional charge, he was able to locate a new unit (which was one of those “power vent” models and is not normally a stocked item but he was able to locate one on another tech’s truck and drive out to where that tech was and swapped what he had with what we needed and was able to install the new unit that same evening.
Cory was eager to help, find a solution, went above and beyond while always being optimistic and professional and provide us with more than just a “repair”. Thanks to her neighbor’s advice, we now know who to call whenever we need either plumbing or HVAC work done. This is the company that sets the bar right at the top and others aspire to reach. Thanks again Cory for knocking it well out of the park!!

First, though it wasn’t yet an emergency, I phoned to find out how we could get an estimate to get a new water heater. I was told we would have someone come to look at the job in the afternoon. It was less than an hour and Bryan showed after letting us know he was on his way. He was very professional and we liked that he was not at all pushy!
