This was pouring water up into the basement from the sump pit. He figured out the issue in less than 30 seconds, unplugged the backup, reconnecting the pipe and got it moving water out again. Opted for a new pump and his recommended pipe routing, as well as a route to take for correct long-term repair for the 3 inch cast iron drain pipe that decided to rust through the same night. Besides the really nice and quick work he did, he made the situation more bearable because he's a really good guy. Thank you for the incredible service, especially being a middle-of-the-night emergency call.
