He made a visual inspection and then proceeded to use a camera and then a heavy-duty rodder and pulled out a garbage bag of roots. All for the price of $93.00. We had a shower drain backup that I couldn't clear up, so I called Intelligent Service. Brian came over per the scheduled time window, talked to me about the problem, gave me a quote, then got his equipment and started the job. He got to the blockage quickly, cleared it, then tested the drains several times to make sure the problem was fixed. We talked about where the blockage was and why drain cleaners and plunging didn't work. Brian cleaned up, including the shower floor, put the drain cover on, and he was done. Brian also had no problem with me watching a pro at work. Good experience. I would have Brian back for other work in the future.
