Our sump pump had quit working. We called Intelligent Services at 5:30 p.m. and they set us up for an appointment the next day. Jonathan was our service technician. He had me walk him through what we’d been seeing. After he spent a bit of time going over codes and what I’d described, he came up with a solution to fix our sump pump and battery that had both quit working. He gave me several options for a fix at multiple price points. We did add on their Service Club which gives us a furnace tune-up, an AC tune-up, and free service calls for a year, as well as extends our warranty from 1 to 3 years. I was pleased with our service and would not hesitate to use Intelligent again.
