We had a broken pipe under our basement floor. Technicians arrived on Monday morning, thoroughly diagnosed the issues, and provided a detailed estimate. On Thursday, only three days later, the technicians arrived on time and, by the end of the day, the problem was fixed. Throughout that day, they kept me informed, both warning me of potential problems (it's an old house) and calming me with their breadth of experience and professionalism. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Intelligent Service.

I had a cracked pipe and called Intelligent. They came over the next day early, got the job done, and made sure my pipe was no longer leaking. It was a very nice guy who took the time to make sure the job was done right and would not have any more problems. I will for sure be using them again.

Ken (Boomer) exudes knowledge, professionalism, competency, and good humor! He explained thoroughly what the issue was, in plain English, and was very amenable to questions. The crew showed up at 8 a.m., did the work (broke through a concrete floor, repaired the pipe) and cleaned up — they were done by 10:15. I’d recommend this company highly.

Thanks to Brian, Fernando, and Juan for doing an excellent job on replacing our 69-year-old cast iron drains that were cracked. They corrected the original layout of the plumbing system, and during the 3 days of work they were on time, on schedule, and kept us informed of all the work they were doing. Edgar Herrera Came to My Rescue Feb 7, 2023

Shortly after I got home from work this morning, my daughter informed me of water dripping from the basement ceiling. Clearly, it had started some time during the night as there was water pooled on the floor along the wall. I called Intelligent Plumbing on the recommendation of my sister-in-law. I am grateful I did. Edgar Herrera came to my rescue. Literally. I called at 10:30; he was at the house by 12:30. He dressed and conducted himself professionally. I appreciated that Edgar was upfront from the beginning with pricing and different scenarios. He was spot on. Once Edgar located the problem, he swiftly and with precision removed the corroded pipe, replacing it with copper. There was minimal disruption. Edgar was incredibly efficient and creative. The area where Edgar accessed the pipe was NARROW, about six (6) inches wide, sandwiched between the radiator and the angled window frame. I will definitely use Edgar Herrera again when the time comes, which it will, as this building and most of the pipes in it are 100 years old.

Edgar was incredibly helpful in identifying what needed to be done to replace our kitchen sink piping for a kitchen remodel. The previous owner had hired a very poor plumber or DIY’d it and left a substantial amount of water damage that happened gradually over time. Edgar was able to identify and thoroughly explain what was needed and what he would recommend for his own home in terms of thinking of future maintenance and long lasting quality material installs. 10/10 would gladly recommend his service to anyone.
