SO responsive and willing to help
I needed someone super last minute to come out to my house to replace my tub drain and overflow after I tried to do it myself and failed (the drain was STUCK STUCK). I contacted someone else who referred me to Intelligent Service, and they were SO responsive and willing to help. It seemed like such a small task, but there was absolutely no judgement whatsoever. Someone came out within an hour or so from my initial phone call. Chris was extremely communicative and told me what my options were. He was very good at setting up realistic expectations for me, since I have an older home, and he was patient with me when I asked questions. Truly with “magic and finesse,” as Chris said, he was able to pull out the old drain and replaced it! He even filled the tub to check if there were any leaks after the fact (there weren’t). The price was slightly steep for me, but I really don’t have anything to compare it to lol, and I’m willing to pay a bit more for the customer service, excellent communication, and quality anyways. The drain looks good, and it’ll look even better once the tub is reglazed. I’m looking forward to working with Intelligent Service in the future.

We had a shower drain backup that I couldn't clear up, so I called Intelligent Service. Brian came over per the scheduled time window, talked to me about the problem, gave me a quote, then got his equipment and started the job. He got to the blockage quickly, cleared it, then tested the drains several times to make sure the problem was fixed. We talked about where the blockage was and why drain cleaners and plunging didn't work. Brian cleaned up, including the shower floor, put the drain cover on, and he was done. Brian also had no problem with me watching a pro at work. Good experience. I would have Brian back for other work in the future.
