Air conditioner broke down at the worst time... middle of August during a heatwave. 🥵 Contacted 3 different places to see if I could get someone out here. Intelligent Service Heating and Cooling was the best company by far! Was able to get an appointment for the following day and a technician named Trevor was excellent. Very professional and extremely kind. Two minutes after meeting him I felt like I was talking to a close friend. And the young lady who is responsible for sending confirmation text messages and arranging everything was great. I think her name is either Rachel or Robin? She and Trevor represented the company very professionally, which I definitely appreciate. Too bad all companies don't have such outstanding customer service. Great Work Yet Again
Colin was professional, immediately figured out the multiple problems with my old furnace, had the correct parts on hand, and both explained everything so I could understand and didn't overcharge me. He was pleasant and wore an N95 mask I provided correctly and without complaint, which made me very comfortable to have him in my home to fix my heat. This company will be my first call for all things related to my radiators and boiler in the future thanks to their five star service and care for their customers.
So of course when I had another issue with my air conditioning not starting, I thought of Intelligent Service first. Cory came out and was also very cool about masking up to stay safe, and he solved my air conditioning problem while also helping me to understand the problem I had (blown capacitor). Great work yet again!

Air conditioner check. Cory was excellent. Only negative was he was to come between 12 and 4; he came at 5:30. Since he lives 20 minutes from here, you knew he would be last call, so you could have said between 4 and 5:30. He was worth waiting for.

This is the third time I have used Intelligent Service Heating Plumbing and Cooling. I cannot say enough about this company. They have been excellent!! This is now the second time that I was able to describe a special project need I had, and Intelligent just took over and coordinated every last detail. On this project I had to remove a leaking old pedestal sink and replace it with a new sink, faucet, and vanity. I did not have to do a thing because the AMAZING Trevor stepped in and became the project manager. He coordinated the plumber to come out and measure the space. Trevor found the sink and vanity and faucet, and I believe he picked it up himself from plumbing supply to be put on the plumber's truck. Trevor was just great. He sent our favorite technician and plumber, Jim, to complete the job. Jim has completed several projects for us. He is fantastic. So knowledgeable. He has exacting standards and won’t leave until the job is completely finished. He is friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and very courteous. We always request Jim now, as he’s the best. Jim’s co-worker on this particular project was Lowry, and he was also excellent. Trevor and the rest of the team at Intelligent are so great to work with, and we will continue to use them for all of our family properties.
