My home is large and has two zones and want to make sure everything is running optimally before each season. The techs are very informative. Neal said he treats my furnaces as if they were in his own home. I had an insurance claim last January when a water pipe to my humidifier in attic broke during the Artic vortex. Neal showed me pictures from the furnace room in my attic that was left as a mess from the General contractor I paid for the repairs. There was at least 1/2 inch of drywall dust all over the attic floor. It was so bad the Intelligence techs couldn’t even service my furnace until it was all cleaned up. I was so upset the General Contractor taking advantage of me. Neal arranged to come back with equipment to clean up. The shop vac was almost full of all the debris that was carelessly left from the other contractor who was paid out from my insurance company. The best feeling was I have a partner in Intelligence Services. Neal took “before” and “after” photos for me to submit to State Farm. He ran diagnostics on both units...changed my filters. Replaced anything that needed to be replaced per the service agreement. I look forward to seeing them in the Spring and know I’m in good shape for the frigid Chicago winter that is upon us. I am very impressed with the office to the talented techs. My whole experience was pleasant and seamless.
