I wish I could give extra stars on this rating! Let me tell you exactly how the services we received went above and beyond our expectations. Our gym’s pipes had been having increasingly frequent problems with backing up. We called different plumbers out multiple times in the past months, and found that it just… wasn’t getting better. Enter Intelligent Service. They first came out on an emergency call in the middle of the night and really took a look at what was going on in the pipes. It turned out that previous companies weren’t telling us the actual situation, and it was way worse down there than we had been told. Intelligent recommended hydrojetting, as the routing was really just a stopgap for a few days before the problem would come back. Scheduling the hydrojetting was super easy, and we were able to schedule somebody coming out to check it out the next day. You know when someone has the experience and knowledge to get in and get the job done without waffling around and guesswork? That’s Boomer. He took a look at the layout, asked me a few questions about it, and almost immediately had a pretty good idea of what was going on. He went over what services we’d most likely need, cost, and expected results, and we scheduled the service for the following day. He and his team were here toward the beginning of the time window, and where some folks might just jump in without evaluating thoroughly, they took as long as they needed to find the actual problem. It ended up being an issue in a part of the pipes we’d never had looked at! It wasn’t where we expected, and required opening the wall, but Boomer explained exactly what they’d be doing, why, and extra charges that could happen if it wasn’t laid out a certain way, along with options for repair/putting in an access panel. The hole they cut in the drywall is one of the cleanest, most level I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen (and cut) my fair share. Our pipes were *bad*. Like, way worse than any previous plumbers had told us. It was expecting-half-an-inch-of-snow-and-getting-a-giant-blizzard worse. It barely fazed Boomer and his crew. They had to change course a little, but they didn’t waste time getting in and getting it done. They saw the new direction and went for it. The hydrojetting itself was much faster than we thought it was going to be! The majority of their time was spent making sure they were going to be addressing the real issue and actually fixing the problem, not just the symptoms. Boomer walked me through what they’d found, and showed me the camera feed that confirmed the problem was truly taken care of. They took the time to get cleaned up and drain covers and vents replaced, too. We finally have peace of mind about our plumbing system after far too many backups, months of frustration, and shoddy “fixes.” From start to finish, our experience with Intelligent Service, especially Boomer, has been top notch. They were transparent, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. They’re definitely our new go-to. This is for the business Intelligent Service.

Had a main line clog. Brian came out, did a power rod, but wasn't able to get the clog. He suggested a hydro jet. I wasn't happy at first. He came the next morning with the equipment, did the work in a matter of hours. Me and my family were very satisfied. They're a little pricey, but worth it for me. Definitely would use them again because of Brian and Iggy. Thanks
