Scheduling was easy and they explained exactly how they operate, so I knew what to expect. The best part is, they were available to come by the next day. Tony was awesome—extremely communicative by giving me updates on his arrival (this was especially great, as it can be hard to plan days when companies give you a large window and it's unclear when they're going to show up), as well as clarifying exactly what it was that he was working on and how he was going to fix it. He identified that the piping under my sink was not up to code (thankfully, as we are planning to sell within the next 1–2 years!!). As someone who knows little to none about plumbing, Tony answered all my questions and turned a stressful situation around. In the 2 years I've lived in my home, I've unfortunately had to have plumbing service many times. This is the first time I've used Intelligent Service and won't be the last. Where do I start… so pleased with the Intelligent Service tech that replaced my kitchen sink plumbing and installed a new faucet after finding a puddle on my kitchen floor, what a mess, especially when a big family dinner was planned! In addition, he replaced a leaky tub faucet in which I was having issues with the temperature of water as well.
